Baby Back ribs rubbed in our special “wet rub”, slow-roasted and finished with our famous whiskey BBQ sauce. Served with coleslaw and freshly baked jalapeno corn muffins.

We use a secret marinade on our steak and chicken breast, grill the meat and serve it over bell peppers and onions. Our Portobello mushrooms are roasted with garlic, grilled in a balsamic glaze and served over grilled onions.
